I was watching Criminal Minds earlier, and suddenly thought - have any of the characters had a ‘normal’ upbringing? Reid’s dad left when he was young and his mom’s schizophrenic; Morgan was sexually abused; JJ’s sister committed suicide; Garcia lost both her parents when she was quite young and Prentiss got pregnant at 15!

And Hotch’s dad was abusive too! D:
